Position: Database Administrator/Developer
Reports To: CTO
Location: Must be located in or near Seattle, WA

Description: We are in need of a database expert to help migrate multiple data sources and formats into one useful and normalized system. Candidate must be comfortable making architecture recommendations, able to create and work with extensible data architectures and can follow a cohesive plan.

Ideal candidate is self motivated, learns fast, pays attention to details as well as big picture strategy with appreciation for efficiency as well as practicality.

CANDIDATE MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR A STARTUP
(If you spent the last 10 years on a team at Microsoft or Amazon don’t apply)

CANDIDATE MUST LIVE IN THE SEATTLE AREA
(If you can’t drive yourself to Fremont in 20 minutes or less don’t apply)

Required Expert in:

• SQL Server
• T-SQL
• .NET

Nice-to-haves:

• MySQL
• PostgreSQL
• Experience working with very large residential real estate data files

Compensation: Unique opportunity to become a key player at an early stage start up.
$50,000 – $70,000 plus equity compensation, depending on experience.

*Candidate must be currently authorized to work in the United States
*Candidate must have strong English language skills.
