Description:
We are in need of a UI developer that is well versed in the .NET framework and Object Oriented programming as well as has a strong aptitude for aesthetic and usability decisions.  The candidate would help implement user facing functionality by creating and working with remote hosted widgets, Javascript based user functionality, A/B testing, new marketing approaches and general site maintenance.

Ideal candidate is self motivated, learns fast, pays attention to details as well as big picture strategy with appreciation for efficiency as well as practicality.  

Requirements:
.NET/C# including the ability to create and manage controls, master pages and Ajax functionality
Expert in XHTML, CSS and Javascript
Proficient in Photoshop

Nice-to-haves:
JQuery
Ajax experience
Google Analytics
Adobe Flash (ActionScript 3.0)
Adobe Illustrator

Compensation:

$70,000 plus stock options
